Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Return complete/non-defective products
We accept return on products. Customers has the right to apply for return within 14 days after the receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused
The item must be unused, complete, non-defective and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
Replacement of Damaged / Defective products:
In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original invoice, tags, for an exchange, within 30 days from the date on which these goods are delivered to you.
Please check the package for any damage or tampering before accepting the delivery from Courier Company. If you notice any damage to the package which you feel might have damaged the product please do not accept the product and return to Courier Company. Please contact customer service at [email protected] if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged, to arrange the return of the product and to resolve your claim.
Products damaged while being used or used products do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
